She added that the firm was determined to give the best of itself in career guidance, industry awareness and youth empowerment as it is committed to promoting basic education, the development of STEM teachers and career counselors.

Amao said that with social impact initiatives such as Cedar STEM and Entrepreneurship Hub, Girls in STEM, which aimed to give women in engineering, young professionals a chance to grow in their chosen fields and the initiative to ‘Lonadek Youth Empowerment and Restoration which empowers over 100,000 students in several high schools through career counseling and industry awareness workshops, science project competitions for young transformers / innovators, among others.
